WizeHive is looking for a Client Onboarding and Implementation Manager to join our growing Client Services team. The ideal candidate should have the ability to lead their team’s client-focused implementation and client onboarding workflow. They should also have extensive experience managing cross-functional projects, along with a passion for team member development and success.


This role can work remotely within the United States.  WizeHive does not provide visa sponsorship at this time.


  • Manage a team of Implementation Leads and cultivate an environment of coaching, mentoring, feedback, and staff development to create a positive team culture.
  • Act as the key decision-maker for assigning projects for the team. Assist and advise on the best way to find and allocate resources to meet all project deliverables.
  • Maintain a clear understanding and awareness of the team's projects including obstacles that are delaying project timelines. Assist in the resolution of these issues as needed.
  • Institute a client-focused approach to the team’s work ensuring customer success with each implementation project.
  • Meet with clients as necessary to resolve client concerns and ensure clear communication of project timelines and deliverables.
  • Recognize and identify themes within the team’s work and use them to develop best practices for project management and client engagement.
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with, Sales, Support, Custom Development, Education Services, and Solutions and serve as the primary liaison between those departments and your team.
  • Ensure that project and departmental goals and milestones are met.
  • Summarize and report on implementation program statuses, highlighting any barriers to success and proposing mitigation strategies.
  • Act as Project Lead for high-complexity, high-profile projects as needed.
  • Collaborate with Client Onboarding and Implementation Management Team to provide insight into team processes and support process improvements and other initiatives.


  • BS in Business Management, IT, or a related field
  • PMP or Agile certification preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in implementation with demonstrated progress managing increasingly complex projects and successfully leading departmental initiatives
  • 1+ years of supervisory experience preferred
  • A knack for spotting opportunities to simplify processes and solutions while
    ensuring client success
  • A solid understanding of project management principles
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfort and confidence in front of clients and advocating a client-focused service delivery to team members
  • Ability to adapt and quickly react to change despite ambiguous requirements
    with a high degree of self-initiative.
