the role

Our new VP of Client Services will lead and further build out a 12-person client services team. The team currently comprises implementation and support services and an “in development” training/education offering. The VP Client Services will be expected to further develop these areas and also begin a client success initiative to grow the existing customer base. Key focus will also be on managing the migration of a portion of the client base from a legacy technology platform.

Key Skills & Attributes

The successful candidate will:

  • Have led the management and build-out of Saas client service teams
  • Have a vision of customer success and have successfully developed scalable and successful client learning and customer success solutions
  • Be experienced at establishing a measurement infrastructure and using data and insights to advance services and client success
  • Be a hands-on leader - able to coach and develop team members but also willing to jump in and move things forward directly
  • Be passionate about employing technology to solve customer needs
  • Be effective at managing and developing a team
