WizeHive is looking for an experienced QA Lead that can help review, refine, and maintain our QA processes and procedures. The ideal candidate should be strong at managing their own time and setting priorities that provide the largest impact on the quality of the product. They should be a strong leader that works by collaborating with others so they can influence positive change to the company.

You're a pro when it comes to:

  • Being a strong advocate for quality and taking all necessary steps to evangelize and execute best practices around it
  • Execution of acceptance testing and exploratory testing
  • Designing and delivering risk-based test plans
  • Working closely with engineers, designers, and product managers to execute test plans and improve the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Defining and executing against metrics designed to increase visibility and ensure accountability
  • Identifying problems wherever they exist, raising them where appropriate, and effectively self-directing to a solution
  • Maintaining and prioritizing the bug backlog to identify biggest wins
  • Performing on an agile team

You may even have experience with:

  • SaaS enterprise software
  • Test automation tools and procedures
  • Various UI and API test frameworks, performance tools, scripting, and version control systems
  • End-to-end testing including functional performance, regression, volume, and stress testing
  • Object-oriented programming
  • SQL
