Who are we looking for?

WizeHive is looking for a part-time Office Administrator for its Conshohocken headquarters. The Office Administrator will play an integral role in WizeHive’s organizational strength and provide cross-departmental support and assistance. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, professional, and passionate about solving business process problems.

  • Assist with data entry into our sales /accounting management system
  • Assist with other accounting functions, such as accounts receivable collections
  • Handle administrative tasks in the office such as handling maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands.
  • Execute other office management tasks and responsibilities as required or requested.


  • An associate degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

  • 2+ years’ experience working in an office setting

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Positive attitude

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects

  • Ability to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience in Quickbooks
