WizeHive is looking for a creative Software Engineer who wants to apply their love for design and technology to positively affect the lives of others. They will build and maintain high-quality software solutions. They will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to deliver software products that directly align with the company’s vision and strategy and customer needs. The developer will have solid coding skills, be able to communicate new ideas, and have a passion for new technologies.
As a member of the team, you will work closely with other stakeholders and customers to build custom modules specific to customer needs. You will collaborate with other engineers on your team to come up with innovative solutions and assist our implementation team with integrating these modules into the product for the customer.
In this role you will handle customer support tickets that have been elevated from the client services team. You will need to be able to manage tasks to be able to quickly and effectively resolve open tickets in a timely manner.
