WizeHive is seeking a full-time, technical Partner Success Lead to provide product enablement and support for key strategic channel partners as well as technical support in the recruitment of new partners.  This individual will have strong relationship and account management skills coupled with experience in implementing and supporting enterprise SaaS products.  The candidate must also have an understanding of B2B marketing strategies and tactics, be a strong communicator , and act as a bridge between business goals and technical requirements.  This role is ideal for someone with a passion for technology, a strategic and creative mindset, and desire to make a measurable impact upon partner channel growth goals.


This role can work remotely within the United States.  WizeHive does not provide visa sponsorship at this time.


  • Work closely with key leaders from several teams including Marketing, Sales, Implementation, Education/Training, Support, Channel Partnerships and Product Management.
  • Act as primary technical liaison for existing partners in support of:
    • Timely response and resolution of bugs, fixes, updates and product questions
    • Requests for new product features and enhancements
    • The creation, maintenance and support of demonstration environments
    • Communicating WizeHive’s product roadmap and new product feature releases
    • Ongoing product and implementation training
  • Act as technical partner lead for new partners in support of:
    • Product onboarding, training and enablement
    • Product implementation and training
    • Certifications
  • Act as technical product lead for prospective new partners in support of:
    • Qualification assistance
    • Product demonstrations
    • Integration discussions
  • Establish and nurture partner relationships, developing technical champions who will advocate on our behalf.
  • Monitor the health of partners, identifying concerns and assisting the WizeHive partner team in ensuring partner success.


  • 3+ years of experience working directly with clients in a Support, Training, Account Management, or Implementation role
  • Experience working within a SaaS or other tech platform
  • A true passion for working directly with partners and clients
  • Exceptional communication and account management skills
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand partner needs
  • Desire and ability to connect and collaborate cross-functionally with product, partnership, sales, marketing, education/training, implementation and support teams
  • Attention to detail
  • Platform configuration, development, or technical design experience is a plus
