WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

WizeHive is seeking a full-time Marketing Communications Specialist to join a dynamic team and help drive company growth. This individual will be detail-oriented and results-driven, ready to jump into a high-energy organization and help scale marketing initiatives and lead generation programs. 

This role is perfect for a hungry self-starter ready to quickly enhance their skills, take ownership of projects, learn multiple parts of the marketing engine, and contribute to the evolution of a rapidly expanding company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the administrator for our outbound marketing platform, ensuring consistent uploading of clean lists and data health, overseeing task management, and providing campaign performance tracking.
  • Help manage our inbound marketing system, tracking new leads, providing high level research, and helping provide lead generation updates, metrics, and reports.
  • Contribute to marketing and sales enablement/nurturing content, including brainstorming, planning, creation, automation set-up, and results tracking of articles, webinars, ebooks, newsletters, etc.
  • Manage all social media channels, including editorial calendar, content drafting, creative, posting, monitoring, sharing, and community engagement.
  • As we get back to in-person conference attendance in 2022, help plan and manage sponsorship logistics, event presence (booth, collateral, giveaways etc), content for speaking engagements/workshops, and pre- and post-event marketing. 
  • Assist with website and landing page updates.
  • Keep all marketing assets up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible.
  • Connect with other departments to help deliver marketing support for their initiatives.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:

  • 1 year plus experience in a marketing department, preferably in a B2B technology environment (internships and co-ops accepted).
  • Degree in marketing, communications, or similar
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and performance analysis skills.
  • Strong writing skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and/or email marketing systems a plus.
