Building pipeline is one of the most critical elements of scaling the growth of a business and that’s why with a new wave of funding, WizeHive is seeking to build out a close knit group of intentional, gritty, and growth minded Sales Development Representatives. The sales team is also looking to capitalize on our newly expanded product offering and establishing this team is an integral part of the strategy. 

An SDR at Wizehive is using all tools at their disposal to nurture our connection with all inbound activity. These team members are working collaboratively with leadership and Account Executives to develop their efficiency, curiosity, and strategy.

This role can work remotely within the United States.  Hours will be on Pacific schedule.  WizeHive does not provide visa sponsorship at this time.


  • Research prospective customers and tailor messaging to schedule discovery meetings
  • Collaborate closely with our Account Executive and Marketing team to refine and develop discovery, messaging, and overall outreach strategies
  • Provide Account Executives with detailed discovery call learnings and prospect insights to ensure successful handoff and optimized sales outcomes
  • Support daily data management within our CRM platform (HubSpot)
  • Rapidly respond to inbound leads
  • Manage the website chat function to direct online traffic toward our sales process
  • Conduct initial sales/discovery calls with leads to present company value and qualify fit, moving qualified leads into the pipeline
  • Manage, conduct, and distribute the inflow of auto-booked appointments to depending on level of alignment and information available
  • Help develop and refine a SDR “playbook” using best practices from within and outside the organization and other efforts to support and grow the BDR program at WizeHive
  • Help mission based organizations improve their application and reviewer experiences for all impactful programming
  • Empower corporations to offer meaningful Corporate Social Responsibility opportunities to their employees

  • Experience in growing a sales pipeline through lead generation and nurturing efforts
  • Applied thoughtful and targeted strategies and methods to engage leads
  • A passion for technology and the ability to speak knowledgeably about data and software
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with all types of people
  • High levels of EQ, tactics, and conversational awareness
  • An entrepreneurial and tenacious spirit - you “roll up your sleeves” and are always looking for new ways to achieve greater levels of success; you don't fear rejection
  • Exceptional listening and probing skills that allow you to quickly assess needs and fit
  • A strong competitive drive and a team player attitude - you collaborate to win
  • Strong organizational and time management skills and appreciates the importance of disciplined activity management and measurement
  • Interest in moving eventually into a team lead role and/or progressing to a quota-carrying direct sales role


  • 1 - 2 years of experience generating and qualifying leads for a SaaS or other high-growth tech company
  • College degree preferred


$50,000-$55,000 with variable bonus up to $10,000 per year
