WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

WizeHive is looking for a full-time Implementation Specialist to join our growing client onboarding and implementation team. The Implementation Specialist plays a critical role in the Client Services Team, assisting key team members with building and configuring technical solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate has some technical experience with a great attention to detail and a love for technical problem solving.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Play the primary role in the implementation and configuration of WizeHive technical solutions to meet client and project requirements.
Perform internal testing on technical solutions to ensure configurations are meeting project requirements
Review work of other team members as needed for the completion of project deliverables
Work with clients and internal staff to ensure that all documentation required is received to enable a fully built solution based on the project’s scope of work
Become an internal expert on the technical solutions available on WizeHive’s platforms and other integration solutions such as Zapier
Act as a key point of contact for custom development work as needed to ensure timelines are met
Maintain project documentation and update changes to scope of work as needed
Perform other duties as assigned

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:

Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
0-2 years of experience
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Experience with Zapier preferred.
