WizeHive is looking for a full-time Implementation Lead to join our growing customer implementation/services team. The Implementation Lead plays a critical role in the Client Services Team, interacting with our customers every day. The ideal candidate has a broad range of professional experience which includes customer-facing roles, technical implementations, and project management. Specifically, the ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within budget, timeline, and scope.

The candidate will also be strong in relationship building and account management. Client growth and business opportunities are closely related to the daily project activities and have become a natural extension of the implementation lead's skill set.


  • You will be the go-to expert for your clients during the onboarding process on WizeHive’s product: Zengine.
  • You will be converting everyday business processes and needs, into streamlined user stories with Zengine functionality
  • You will manage the customer relationship, with a focus on growth, satisfaction, and account longevity.
  • You will define timelines, monitor budgets, and successfully set and deliver expectations with your clients
  • You will work with clients to define their program requirements and deliver Zengine configurations based on those requirements.
  • You will gather customer feedback along their journey and share this internally with the team
  • You will perform QA testing to ensure quality client deliverables, and support user acceptance testing
  • You will impact Zengine feature development by sharing client’s needs with sales, development and marketing.
  • You will strive to find ways to improve the implementation processes and procedures and client experience
  • You will help identify future opportunities and areas within our company that your clients may benefit from.


  • You should be a high energy "can do" type of person who likes to help people solve customer problems by translating their business processes into technical solutions. You should have technical acumen, specifically with regard to configuring software solutions.
  • Self-motivated and the ability to work independently as well as work effectively in a team environment
  • Creative ability to look at situations from all relevant points of view
  • You should be diligent with your active clients, addressing any potential roadblocks, managing expectations, and leaving the client feeling secure in your technical interpretation of their current business processes.
  • You need to be a team player, who can effectively communicate with not only clients but also peers and all levels of management. You need to have a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
  • You need to be a creative problem solver who understands that there can be more than one way to arrive at a solution.
  • You need to be able to multitask and own multiple clients and projects at any given time.


  • 2+ years of experience working directly with clients in a Support, Training, Account Management, or Implementation role
  • Strong project management background/skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Professional verbal and written communication
  • Experience working within a SaaS or other tech platform
  • A true passion for working directly with client
