WizeHive is looking for a full-time leader to drive and accelerate our growth and expansion in the higher education space. This leader will help shape our go-to-market strategy in this segment with an end-to-end focus on engaging new prospective clients, driving the development of new relationships, and managing and growing relationships with existing clients. We’re looking for a hands-on leader who understands the higher-education landscape and has proven success developing both new and existing client relationships.


  • Develop highly targeted strategies and plans - from targeting to messaging to engagement - that ultimately engage new prospects in the higher-education space 
  • Collaborate with marketing resources to drive the successful execution of these plans, with a focus on building and continuously growing a pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Manage this pipeline of opportunities, leveraging and partnering with Sales Executives and Solution Architects, to achieve specific new business targets. 
  • Strategically manage existing higher education relationships with support from and collaborations with WizeHive’s Client Services team to drive strong client relationships and value
  • Identify and uncover additional needs among existing clients (new programs in same or other departments); leverage existing relationships to make new connections
  • Bring industry expertise and strong understanding of client needs to inform aspects of company strategy and product roadmap


  • 5+ years experience selling, marketing, and managing client relationships in the higher education sector
  • Demonstration of successfully growing a sales pipeline and increased revenue through a mix of face-to-face and remote interactions
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, and the ability to quickly build rapport with all types of people
  • Exceptional relationship management skills, starting with strong listening and probing skills 
  • An entrepreneurial and tenacious spirit - you “roll up your sleeves” and are always looking for new ways to grow relationships and value
  • A passion for technology and the ability to speak knowledgeably about data and software
  • A strong competitive drive and a team player attitude - you collaborate to win
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, and appreciation of the importance of disciplined activity management and measurement
