WizeHive is looking for a full-time Education Services Lead to join our client services team. The Education Services lead will focus on designing and assisting in the use of training methods and materials used within the company for client onboarding and employee product specific training. Increase product adoption, retention and satisfaction through the deployment of training materials and programs.


  • Client Training
    • Collaborate with Head of Education Services and Implementation leaders to determine client onboarding programs
    • Identify and assess training needs, working across departments and based on client feedback
    • Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content, applying instructional design theories, practice and methods
    • Maintain a keen understanding of training developments, best practices and trends
    • Conduct live webinars with large groups of client users
  • Knowledge Base and Help Center
    • Coordinate and facilitate communication between Client Service teams to identify and fill in product knowledge gaps
    • Coordinate with Product team to prepare articles to launch with new product features
    • Create and publish new articles or make updates to existing articles using technical writing
    • Help with maintaining the Help Center’s appearance, content and keep in line with strategic goals, working with Support and Marketing

  • Employee Onboarding
    • Design, create and conduct employee product training program
    • Understand knowledge transfer needs and deliver resources to meet that need
    • Work with all departments to create onboarding programs specific to job role
    • Evaluate results of training program


  • Minimum of 2-3 years in professional services or formal training role
  • Proven experience in instructional design and with instructional technology
  • Lesson and curriculum planning skills
  • Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Client-focused approach to problem solving
  • Analytical and technical skills
  • A patient and friendly approach to teaching
