WizeHive is seeking a full-time customer and partner marketing manager to develop and execute programs that drive growth through our partner channels and existing customer base.

 This individual will have a strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and tactics, be a strong communicator, able to develop compelling and engaging content and campaigns that deliver measurable results.  

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for technology, a strategic and creative mindset, and desire to make a measurable impact upon customer and partner channel growth goals.


  • Work closely with key leaders from several teams including Marketing, Customer Success, Channel Partnerships, and Product Management.
  • Support customer retention and expansion initiatives in collaboration with sales and customer success teams
    • Increase customer advocacy through the creation of case studies, testimonials, references and speaking opportunities
    • Develop and execute cross-sell and upsell campaigns
    • Establish and nurture key customer relationships, developing champions who will advocate on our behalf
    • Develop metrics for measuring marketing effectiveness of customer engagement efforts
    • Manage a library of up-to-date customer content (e.g. success stories)
    • Monitor customer satisfaction and develop segmented account strategies for improvement
  • Support demand generation efforts in the recruitment of new partners
    • Build/maintain target partner account and contact lists
    • Create compelling content for specific partner value propositions
      • Whitepapers, ebooks, infographics, emails, presentations, case studies, testimonials, etc.
  • Execute partner outreach campaigns and sequences (e.g. email, LinkedIn)
  • Qualify prospective new partners
  • Collaborate with existing partners to expand business
    • Support co-marketing initiatives (e.g. joint webinars, case studies, campaigns, social media)
    • Creation of partner enablement materials (e.g. collateral, training materials, partner newsletters)
    • Assist partners with RFIs/RFPs
  • Provide partner administrative and operational support
    • Orders, renewals, product roadmap communications, new product feature requests



  • 5+ years of experience in customer marketing and/or partner marketing roles, ideally in B2B SaaS
  • Exceptional content creation and communication skills
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand customer and partner needs
  • Desire and ability to connect and collaborate cross-functionally with product, partnership, sales, marketing, and customer success teams
  • A strong sense of ownership and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Experience in HubSpot, Google Workspace (formerly G Suite), Outreach and LinkedIn Navigator a plus
