WizeHive is a growth-stage SaaS company with an application management platform in the cloud. The Associate Product Manager is a highly-motivated, organized, and collaborative member of the growing Product Management team who will work closely with Product leadership to ensure delivery of the roadmap aligns with customer & market demands. 

You carry the voice of the customer to the delivery team, and clarify, scope, & test features that will bring greater value and quicker adoption to users. 


  • Work closely with designers, engineers, and product managers to execute the WizeHive product strategies.
  • Focus on the details - especially with regards to digesting feedback, writing user stories, grooming the backlog, and performing user acceptance testing.
  • Help customer research practice to gain insights that inform product roadmap.
  • Work with a distributed, global team of developers to deliver impactful features.
  • Optimize our development cycles by driving adoption of features and collecting client feedback.
  • Aid management of internal and external stakeholder expectations.


  • You’re a pro when it comes to:
    • Putting customers first and maximizing impact via jobs to be done in the product experiences you seek to create.
    • Communicating exceptionally - you can clearly convey ideas and can rally a team around a mutual vision, but you are just as good at listening and taking feedback from others. 
    • Comprehension of the big picture - it’s crucial to consider how our products work in conjunction to solve customer problems.
  • 3+ years product management experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication, teamwork, organization, and persuasion skills.
  • A proactive, positive, can-do attitude. You drive projects to completion excellently, and are always looking for new ways that processes and products can be improved.
  • Ability to work within a cross-functional team and balance multiple initiatives at once.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow.
