WizeHive is looking for an Account Manager to cultivate and grow WizeHive’s existing client base. In this role you will identify new opportunities while maximizing customer success and adoption of our software platform. The Account Manager will be responsible for fostering customer relationships, preserving and growing revenue, and turning critically important accounts into deeply engaged, long term partners. Own the overall relationship with clients, which include: Increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and satisfaction.


  • Identify and develop upsell opportunities
  • Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with clients and drive continued value of WizeHive's products and services
  • Proactively monitor assigned client health through quantitative and qualitative means
  • Develop expansion campaigns and strategies to drive expansion opportunities
  • Develop detailed retention strategies and plans for at risk accounts to establish critical goals, or other key performance indicators and aid the customer in achieving their goals.
  • Providing timely and positive routing or resolution of escalated issues
  • Communicate with key customers, business partners and executives on significant issues and accomplishments


  • 2+ years of account management experience in software industry preferred
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to achieve set goals and deadlines
  • Natural leadership skills, and ability to mobilize people towards a goal
  • Ability to pick up new technologies easily
  • Prior experience in closing sales deals or managing relationships at the executive level is a plus
