Staff Development Award Nomination Form

Thank you for your interest in the 2012 Blackboard Catalyst Award program! You may nominate yourself, a peer or a team. Nominations may be made by Blackboard clients and Blackboard staff members. The deadline for submitting nomination is February 29, 2012. Winners will be notified in early May 2012.

These honor those who use Blackboard solutions to create, support, and enhance faculty and staff development skills through staff development programs, that in turn provide a better learning experience for students and faculty themselves. Examples that demonstrate this achievement include:

Effective and creative ways to support faculty and students that go beyond just providing faculty and staff help desk.
Sharing and creating course content for entire program use
Tools used to internally support the program (e.g. mentors and power users)
Innovative training methods for faculty and staff
Providing a rich and structured professional development program
