Mobile Innovation Awards Nomination Form

Thank you for your interest in the 2012 Blackboard Catalyst Award program! You
may nominate yourself, a peer or a team. Nominations may be made by Blackboard
clients and Blackboard staff members. The deadline for submitting nomination is
February 29, 2012. Winners will be notified in early May 2012.

These awards honor those in the Blackboard community who have embraced the use of mobile technology to positively impact the educational experience at their institution. The Mobile Innovation Awards recognize those who have helped to define the emerging field of mobile technology for use in and beyond the classroom environment. There are two awards in this category, please select one of the awards below:

Mobile Innovation Award for Leadership in Mobile Teaching and Learning

Examples that demonstrate this use case include:

Creating and documenting Best Practices for teaching to an audience utilizing Mobile devices
Enhancing course curriculum with tools and assignments that incorporate specific features of Blackboard Mobile Learn technology
Developing and implementing research to track and study the pedagogical and other impacts of Mobile Learning

Examples that demonstrate this use case include:

- Using the Blackboard Mobile SDK or working with Mobile Technical Services to create unique mobile module(s) or enhance module functionality of your Blackboard Mobile Central app to address a specific community need.

- Collaborating with others in the Blackboard Mobile community to innovate on the Blackboard Mobile Central platform.

- Designing a unique portfolio of mobile modules within the Blackboard Mobile Central springboard to customize your campus mobile experience and deliver an innovative service or experience to end users.
