Mobile Innovation Awards Description & Rubric

These awards honor those in the Blackboard community who have embraced the use of mobile technology to positively impact the educational experience at their institution. The Mobile Innovation Awards recognize those who have helped to define the emerging field of mobile technology for use in and beyond the classroom environment.  There are two awards in this category, please select one of the awards below:

Examples that demonstrate this use case include:

  • Creating and documenting Best Practices for teaching to an audience utilizing Mobile devices
  • Enhancing course curriculum with tools and assignments that incorporate specific features of Blackboard Mobile Learn technology
  • Developing and implementing research to track and study the pedagogical and other impacts of Mobile Learning

Use of SDK/Mobile Technical services to customize the application offering

No additional functionality was added to the standard springboard of Blackboard Mobile Central modules.
