Collaborative Review
Once applications are submitted, they can be displayed, qualified and reviewed from anywhere using an internet connected PC, Mac or Mobile device. Qualification stages and ranking levels can be configured by the administrator at any time. Application reviewers can be invited to the process at any stage of your qualification process. Reviewers have the ability to assign a rating, add notes, create or assign tasks, and upload files related to the application. When files are uploaded they can be viewed by other reviewers and edited in an online collaborative format. Notes can be posted privately to specific members or broadcast to all members. Rankings are configured by the administrator to have from 1 - 38 levels and can be assigned different weighted importance. They are tallied instantly and applications can be easily sorted and reported by ranking level.
