Wizehive Tour
WizeHive is an online collaboration and organization tool for busy people. It helps you organize your life and those around you.
WizeHive works by allowing you to share notes, ideas, messages, files and todo lists with your coworkers and friends in individual workspaces, yet also lets you see a global view of all your activities in one integrated screen.
WizeHive can be run from a browser but more importantly can be communicated with through any email program or mobile devices. We also have a small desktop application that can be downloaded for free and customized using our own API.
Workspaces
WizeHive groups your activities into Workspaces. Workspaces are show as tabs and are places where you can
share information and collaborate with people. You can have an unlimited number of workspaces
Recent Activity Window
The recent activity window provides an ongoing data feed that shows you a chronological list of everything going on within that workspace in real time. Notes can contain text, graphic images, links to other web sites or uploaded files that you want to share with others. You can simply view these as they occur or you can easily reply to one. It is also fast and easy to enter new ideas or notes as they occur.

Notes can be entered to individual workspacs and/or pages. . You can embed graphics, attach files, include links.

Tasks / Todos
Create or manage your tasks or tasks for others. View your todo list or a list for an entire workspace. Use priorities to track what is due or use due dates (not shown on the screen below).

File Sharing
Files that are uploaded and attached to a note or task can be viewed in the file window. Files can be viewed for the entire workspace or can be viewed for just one page. WizeHive will even accept and upload files that have been forwarded to it via your email.
Data Fields
WizeHIve can be further customized for each workspace. A feature we call data fields allows you to create an unlimited number of customized data fields for each record or page within a workspace, giving you a customized screen where you can enter and share information unique to this workspace.
Working through Email
See and send notes, activities and tasks through email. WizeHive provides a great deal of flexibility to indicate what you get.

To reply, just click reply and type it in. No need to remember the email address
To enter a new note or task just enter it and include the workspace (and optionally the page)in brackets
Using the Desktop Client
A downloadable desktop version of WizeHive is available now. It runs on top of the Adobe Air platform, making it compatible with Windows and the MAC operating system. It offers a fast and reliable method of accessing your information without having to be in your browser.
