SUCCESS STORY BACKGROUND

Jennifer Smith is the CFO and a founding partner of Zig Marketing, a digital and social marketing agency located in Cleveland, OH. Zig's team consists of 9 employees, 5 outside consultants, and an external IT consultant, Jon Giese. As her agency has grown, managing tasks, updating spreadsheets and sharing files with her staff, consultants and clients had become cumbersome and unorganized.

For instance, Zig shares workspaces with clients like Moen and Dutch Boy to transfer large graphic files and oversee schedules throughout the lifecycle of a project. She shares workspaces with her internal staff to manage plans, files and deliverables for each project. She also shares a workspace with her IT consultant, Jon, and they collaboratively maintain a to-do list for IT needs within her firm. (Jon was so impressed with WizeHive's capabilities, he's begun integrating the platform into his IT Consulting business too!).
