Organize & Share Your Information

WizeHive groups your activities into Workspaces. Workspaces are show as tabs and are places where you can share information and collaborate with people. You can have an unlimited number of workspaces.

Pages give you a way to further organize your information. Pages can be used to define customers, deals, contacts or just areas within your workspace.

You can share notes, ideas, links, upload files, add graphic images with everyone in your workspace.

It is easy to share your workspace from the People Window.

Customizing Your Workspace

It is easy to change the color and logos for your workspace.

WizeHive lets you work easily through email and you can use this screen to customize your email communication options. You can also set various RSS and Workspace settings from this screen.

Track Activity

The activity window lets you track all activity occurring in one or more workspace. You can also use it to enter notes, attach and upload files.

Selected one of the pages allows you to view the activity stream for that page only.

Use our desktop client to track what's going on without having to use your browser.

Share Files

You can upload files as part of entering a new note or you can upload one directly without a note.

Uploaded files can be organized by Workspace and/or at a more detailed level by page. You can comment (reply) or view a threaded discussion about any uploaded file.

In addition to uploading files you can create and edit MS Office compatible documents right from within WizeHive.

Manage Tasks & Projects

The WizeHive Task Management system in very powerful and flexible task management system. For instance, you can see all tasks grouped by person, list, project or any other criteria.

You can also choose from a large number of layout and data filtering options.

Using Email With WizeHive

WizeHive is great at integration with email and other communication systems. Simply send your notes or tasks to WizeHive and they will appear in your workspace. You can submit files via email also.

When a new note is posted into WizeHive responding to that new is as simple as responding to the email. WizeHive will know where to put the response based on the outgoing email address.
