Michael Levinson
Mike is an entrepreneur, executive and active angel investor. Mike co-founded PTS Learning Systems, a company focused on corporate computer training and electronic performance support tools and software. Mike grew the company into a highly profitable international organization with over 200 employees and revenues of $30 million and sold it in 1999. Since selling PTS, Mike co-founded TechWise Group, Inc., an information technology outsourcing firm for small and medium businesses. Mike also was a founder or co-founder of LegalEdge Software, the 3E Institute, and The Academy of Manayunk, where he currently serves on the Board. Mike most recently co-founded WizeHive, an online organization and collaboration tool. Mike has also invested in over a dozen technology companies as an angel investor. Mike was graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with an Economics/Accounting degree, obtained his CPA certificate in Pennsylvania, and was graduated from Villanova Law School with a JD.

Mike (Alan) Carson
Alan is the CTO of WizeHive and a seasoned system architect and developer. Alan studied computer science at the College of Wooster and the University of Minnesota, and has been active with technology for the last 15 years both as a developer and well respected blogger. Alan has worked on a variety of development projects and systems using PHP, Oracle, Ajax, Javascript, LAMP, SQL and similar technologies. Prior to working on WizeHive, he was a web programmer for the Univeristy of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. Alan enjoys running, playing tournament chess, and is proud of the vast amount of Hacker News karma he has accumulated.

Coley Brown
Coley has undergraduate degrees in Math and Economics with an MBA in Computer Applications and Information Systems from New York University. In 1975 Coley completed post graduate studies at Les Haute Etudes Commercial in France where he worked in the International Department of a French steel distributor. His early career included working at two IPO’s: The Computer Factory where he was Director of Corporate Sales and 3Com where he was the 50th employee. Coley later went on to start a small business service bureau, a technology consulting firm and a sailing charter management company. His background includes skills in information technology, software development, global financial systems, and sales management.

Jeff Thomas
Jeff Thomas is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for WizeHive. He most recently served as Vice President of Business Development for The Neat Company where he was involved in business sales, retail operations and general management of the company. During Jeff’s tenure at The Neat Company sales increased from less than $1 Million to over $35 Million annually. Prior to Neat, Jeff worked as the Director of Channel Programs for TurnTide, a Philadelphia Based startup that was acquired by Symantec in 2003 for $27 Million. Jeff had also worked for Apple Computer and Gateway in various sales and management roles.

Dr. Michael Zisman
Mike functions as a managing director at Internet Capital Group. Before retiring from IBM in 2004, Mike was vice president of corporate strategy and focused on IBM's On Demand strategy. Previous to this position, he was General Manager of Storage Software for the IBM Storage Systems Group. This position followed his post as Vice President of Emerging Business Development, reporting to the IBM Vice Chairman. Mike was also in the IBM Software Group and led IBM's entry into the knowledge management market and distributed learning market. Prior to that, Mike served as CEO of Lotus Development Corporation, shortly after Lotus was acquired by IBM. During his tenure at IBM, Mike served on the IBM Worldwide Management Council and the IBM Corporate Technology Council.

Stephen M. Goodman
Stephen M. Goodman is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice and has been with the firm since 1994. His practice, focused on corporate finance and acquisitions, is dedicated to fostering emerging growth companies in the region through direct work with clients and active involvement in the emerging growth community. As strategic counsel to startups in the technology and life sciences sectors, Mr. Goodman identifies companies with potential and then takes them from conception through product development, growth and beyond. Some of the companies he has nurtured include CDnow, VerticalNet, ICG Commerce, AirClic, ExcelleRx, and AANet.com.

David Bookspan
David is an entrepreneur, executive, and angel investor. David currently is Founder, Chairman and Chief Revenue Officer of Monetate, Inc., the post-click marketing platform for online retailers (www.monetate.com). In 1996, David co-founded and was President and CEO of MarketSpan, Inc., whose CaseStream® service aggregated and enhanced court docket information. David sold MarketSpan, and the service under the brand “CourtLInk” is a successful business unit of LexisNexis. David is an active angel investor and has been Vice-Chairman of the Mid-Atlantic Angel Group Fund I, L.P., a past-President of Robin Hood Ventures, and a member of L.O.R.E. (Loosely Organized Retired Executives). David also has served on the Board of Directors or Board of Advisors of several start-ups and early stage companies. David practiced law and was a litigation partner at Wolf, Block Schorr and Solis-Cohen, in Philadelphia, PA. David earned an A.B. degree from Vassar College and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center where he was an Editor of the Law Review.
