Use or drag and drop form creator to build as many custom forms and/or checklists as you like to track and manage data through our system. Forms can be deployed externally on the web or can be deployed internally within a workspace.
Workflow
Set powerful workflow rules that can route documents, send emails and reminders, schedule tasks and perform other tasks. Workflow triggers can be based on a variety of events and each trigger can cause one or more action to occur.
Smart Tasks
Smart Tasks work in conjunction with our workflow technology to add powerful branching capabilities to our task system. For instance, a Smart Task could trigger various workflow actions based on its completion and ultimate resolution.
Multiple Layers of Privacy
Privacy can be configured in three ways to provide ultimate flexibility. You can have different levels of users, you can set individual records to be viewed by some users but not everyone, and you can change viewing rights at a applet level.
